Parlour's Pass Ups.

I adored this eerie Nouveau print dress, but the cut was horrendous.


The 60s floral print dress would have been perfection if it didn't have a white polyester top half...YUCK.



Overall, Parlour's pass ups were not nearly as devastating as last weeks. although I was super bummed about this beaded 60s gown, the beading was immaculate but it had the most bodacious stain on it :(

last weeks pass ups were sad for me.
the yellow lace number was cut in the most tragic way, but the fabric was yummy!!
the sweet flying birds getup was a granny robe...boo, why waste such a fabulous print on such a frumpy cut?
and lastly the dreaded polyester with a killer print.

this is all I got of the Mizrahi backstage madness before my iphone died.

A room full of gorgeous gals, and the clothes were to die for!
Hand beaded jackets, dresses, even a pair of beaded shorts!
amazing brocades and lame' Couture heaven.
Suprisingly there was only one model meltdown, crying because her heel was getting caught in her gown...what a tradgedy!

FYI Mizrahi was backstage for all of 2 minutes before he retreated into his dressing room until curtain call.

Parlour's Pass Ups.

I am going to start a new section on the items that I "Pass Up" on my buying trips.
I love to buy and it makes me sad to leave certain things behind, so I am going to deal with the remorse by documenting and posting my discards.

Most of the reason I leave anything behind is due to
1. bad fiber content
2.irrepairable damage or stains
3. Wrong Cut ETC


Issue #1 and are the reason I left these behind. I just love the prints though.
