Kamali for Walmart..
Yesterday, on my day off I was perusing the aisles of WalMart for home essentials. Much to my suprise, I stumbled upon the Norma Kamali for Walmart collection!! Norma Kamali is right up there with Sonia Rykiel and Betsey Johnson as some of my most covetable vintage knitwear designers. I have been waiting quite a while for this collection and it has finally arrived! If anyone has any of Kamali's 80's pieces, you know that her knitwear is exquisite! I, personally love layering with her pieces because they blend so well with other things in my wardrobe. Suprisingly, the cuts are amazing and the collection is very wearable! check out more pieces here Walmart.com

Roller Girls.
Home Improvements.
This week is totally nutty with stuff to do. I have been moving my furniture into the new house (pictured above)which I am really excited about because it looks fabulous in there!! I am patting myself in the back for being an avid mid-century collector before I even knew I was moving into a ranch style home! Today,we met with our contractor and it looks like some work is going to start in the next few weeks. I have been compulsively buying new things for the house, I cannot wait to show everyone the before and after shots of what the interior looks like!! here are some more inspiration shots for my new home!

Blow Me.
Lately,
I have been obsessed with finding ladies that are ecclectic fashion addicts. It helps me to feel not so psycho about my obsession with fashion ;). In recent press Lady Gaga has been portrayed as a revolutionary in fashion and style. While I definitely enjoy her efforts, and have admired a few of her fashion attempts,I wanted to spotlight one of her predecessors. The fabulous Isabella Blow!!! Long before Lady Gaga sported her galaxy hat Mrs. Blow was rocking crazy head gear! She was muse to designer Philip Treacy who custom made all of her hats for her. Isabella Blow was a British Fashion Editor and worked closely with Anna Wintour and Andre Leon Talley of Vogue.
