So I went to my local Target today to scope out the Anna Sui collection. The release day is tomorrow, however for some reason they always put the collections out a day earlier.
FYI, I am not an avid Target shopper, nor am I one to wear any of the collections Target puts out, but I am an Anna Sui fanatic!! I was really impressed by the quality of fabrics and the prints, oh my gosh, the prints!!! Sui can do no wrong with prints. I was however, really disappointed in the cut of the garments. Leave it to Target to mess up a good fit. Anna Sui typically cuts fairly generous in size, she is not a small lady herself. One of the reasons I love her line is that she caters to women of all shapes and sizes and somehow her clothes look great on everyone, it is truly magical!!
So, I spent an hour trying on the clothes only to walk out with two items, two great items no less, but still a bummer.
I was prepared to spend a fortune, but I could not bring myself to buy a lot of it...oh well c'est la vie.
