Yesterday I checked out the Tailgate Antique Show at the Fairgrounds!
I have never until yesterday seen a stuffed Giraffe. It made me a little sad, but I overheard the vendor saying the Giraffe died of old age and the zoo where he came from had him stuffed to raise money for charity. Not sure I believe that story, but I'll go with it. I have also never seen so much bakelite jewelry in one place at one time! Seriously gorgeous pieces for days!
