British designer Vivienne Westwood has created a compilation cd of her fave catwalk songs "Catwalk Breakdown" a pun on the famous Naomi fall, or does Vivienne actually break it down???? Who knows but I want to own it.

Manuel Fashion Institute

Nashville designer Manuel is set to open a non-profit fashion design school right here in our fair city! Manuel, best known as the Rhinestone Rembrandt has designed for anybody who is anybody, he outfitted Johnny Cash in his signature black and Elvis in his famous gold lame' suit!!! (apparently he outfitted Keith too) I can't wait to see this come into fruition!! Yay for Nashville!!!!

The bursting ranks of international boutique denim labels has a new member, 4stroke. The label is inspired by Theodora Richards, the glam It-Girl, model and daughter of Rolling Stones legendary guitarist Keith Richards.

The rock'n'roll inpsired label stays true to its theme, naming styles after iconic rock'n'roll venues and taking wash names from classic rock'n'roll lyrics. The label has also thrown its weight behind the concept of eco-fashion, with the development of their pure denim range made from organic and eco-conscious fabrics with clean washes and styles that bring a refined look to the collection. This season's collection takes inspiration from the 1970’s and 1980’s, mixing classic retro styles with earth toned colours.

Labor Day Scores!!

My twin left yesterday, so to deal with my woes, I hit up the Saks Outlet BOGO sale. The sale is pretty rad if you work it the right way, you buy one item regular price and your second item is 50% off. Some of the prices in the store are redic, so you gotta dig for the gold. My golden finds were a pair of kickass Marc Jacobs black highwaisted bell bottom pants for $40 and the dopest Marc by Marc Jacobs gold watch/necklace for $85. both items were originally valued at roughly $150 each. I scored both of them for less than that people. I'm as happy as Beckham in a bag!!!!
