Nashville designer Manuel is set to open a non-profit fashion design school right here in our fair city! Manuel, best known as the Rhinestone Rembrandt has designed for anybody who is anybody, he outfitted Johnny Cash in his signature black and Elvis in his famous gold lame' suit!!! (apparently he outfitted Keith too) I can't wait to see this come into fruition!! Yay for Nashville!!!!
