I love the ideas that some designers are coming up with to use fringe these days. My mother always had the most amazing fringe boot collection when I was growing up so fringe is no stranger to me. But I guess I never thought about fringe being integrated into accessories other than boots, vests, jackets, and purses. hats off to new ideas...
